Supply Pump - choose from diaphragm or piston pumps for standard materials or wall mount. Select a 2:1 piston pump for materials with higher viscosities.
Agitator Kits - choose a kit to agitate your materials for the materials you use. Consult your technical data sheet for each specific product. |
Evolution G-250 H - Hydraulic Proportioner.
Specially designed to spray polyurethane foam and polyurea coating systems on large areas. The evolution G-250 H incorporates precision manufactured components to assure the stability of the working parameters on industrial applications of complex two component systems that require high metering accuracy, high mixing quality, and high performance.
Primary heating system consists of two independent heaters that supply a total power of 7500 W (9000 W optional).
Hose heating system with capability to heat up to 94 meters (310 feet) of hose.
Control panel provided with a touch screen and proprietary software to facilitate the selection and control of all working parameters.
Alarm system that alerts of any fault or pending fault during the process to assure the correct application of the products.
Proportioning pumps of opposed double acting pistons. Different pump sizes allow volumetric ratios of 1:3 y 3:1.

units that combine the horizontal Gusmer pump line and Graco technology,
including digital controls and system diagnostics. These sprayers
are ideal for plural-component polyurethane spray foam, tank and
pipe coating, in-plant OEM, adhesives and caulk, rim and band
